John McCain "suspends" campaign

Saw this picture on the Washington Post homepage after hearing that John McCain was "suspending" his campaign (ahem, dodging the first Presidential Debate on Friday which was probably going to have a lot of questions that he couldn't answer well about the economy) to return to the Senate and "get to work" on this lovely bailout package.
Anyway, here's the picture - slightly modified to read his mind:
I'm sure this has nothing to do with McCain's nine point slide in the last few days, what with him changing his stance on the economy three times in the last week.
